Victor Cereja is a founding partner of Gruenbaum, Rivoli e Cereja Advogados. He holds a law degree from the Law School of the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) and has a postgraduate degree in Administrative Business Law from the Cândido Mendes University. He is a member of the OAB/RJ Commission for the Recovery of Assets in International Frauds and is a former member of the Administrative Law Committee of the OAB/RJ.

Cereja demonstrates extensive experience in team leadership responsible for strategic judicial and arbitration proceedings. He acts in corporate disputes, as well as in relevant disputes related to infrastructure contracts, chartering, contracts and tenders governed by administrative law, governance and compliance aspects, asset recovery and accountability measures. He has successfully conducted several complex negotiations and acted in many national and international arbitrations before some of the most diverse arbitral institutions.

In addition to being a Portuguese native speaker, Victor is fluent in English and advanced in French.
