Fernanda Rivoli is a founding partner of Gruenbaum, Rivoli e Cereja Advogados. She holds a law degree from the Law School of the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) and has a postgraduate degree in Constitutional Law from the Estácio de Sá University. Her practice encompasses highly complex judicial and arbitration disputes relating to administrative law, engineering, corporate governance and compliance. She possesses experience in negotiation to resolve conflicts via judicial and extrajudicial agreements. 

In addition to being a Portuguese native speaker, Fernanda is fluent in English and communicates at an advanced level in French and Spanish.
